* Agencies are prohibited from re-weatherizing any unit that received IHWAP assistance after Septmeber 30, 1994. In compliance with these guideline we may be unable to service your home at this time.
Documentation needed to apply for Weatherization Services
• Proof of gross income for all household members age 18 yrs and older for the past 90 day.
• Current Copy of your utility bills (light and gas)
• Proof of social security CARD for head of household only and social security number for other household members 16yrs and older (one of the following)
1. Social Security Card
2. Letter or printout from social security
3. Any other governmental-issued identification that show name & social security number
• Proof of home ownership (one of the following)
1. Current property tax bill
2. Current mortgage statement
3. Recorded mortgage
* Please note: If you are LIHEAP approved, or someone else in your household receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Aid to the Aged Blind & Disabled (AABD) or Transitional Assistance to NEddy Family (TANF) your income automatically qualifies your household for Weatherization with approved supporting documentation.
